ERC's psychosocial support to El Arish's Kids

Egyptian Red Crescent volunteers began to provide psychosocial support to the children of El Arish in order to alleviate the suffering, raise their morale and improve their mental state. They organized a number of collective activities that promote the spirit of cooperation and collective action among children.
The psychosocial support service for the children of Al-Arish is part of the role of the Egyptian Red Crescent in evaluating and supporting families living in North Sinai, which started at the end of last month by sending humanitarian aid including 110 tons of foodstuffs and 20,000 blankets to 5,000 families.
Following the distribution of the aid, the Secretary-General of the Egyptian Red Crescent, Dr. Moamna Kamel, said that the material, distributed in cooperation with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), would contribute to alleviating the living burdens facing the families of North Sinai, and commended the fruitful cooperation between the Egyptian Red Crescent and the ICRC in various related fields.
